What’s happening with quit the sit?

There is a laze about feel here. Heel height too high for some, too low for others and just right for some! On your feet on the building site. How Sedentary are you?

Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute has recently reported on some guidelines which encourage us to be less sedentary? Exercise is very important, as is for us to be on our feet more.
